What is the standard processing time for Click and Collect orders?
Our standard processing time is 2-4 days. However, we often manage to prepare orders faster than this.
Where is the Click and Collect order pickup location?
All orders can be collected from our dispatch office.
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
You will receive a notification via email and SMS once your order is ready for collection.
What do I need to bring when I come to pick up my order?
Please bring your pickup confirmation and a valid ID to verify your order at the dispatch office.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes, someone else can pick up your order provided they have the correct order information.

No, our Click and Collect service is free of charge..
How long do I have to pick up my order once it’s ready?
You have up to 30 days to collect your order.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
If the order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Custom made orders are not refundable and will be forfeited in full.
