What is the Quicklock® Rubber Grip?

The Quicklock system is a custom-engineered rubber insert that sits within the locking collar of the hammerlock-style connector. It’s not your average rubber ring. It’s been specifically designed to:

• Grip the pin with friction exceeding its own weight
• Create a firm, resistance-based engagement when the pin is pressed into place
• Prevent unintentional dislodging or rattling during use, even under vibration or movement

This insert engages a recess in the pin, which stops it from sliding through or falling out. You can press the pin in by hand (a firm push is normal), and it will hold fast without needing hammers or retaining clips.
